Vantage 8.03 Stock Status As Of Date - not working

As I recall, and I have not looked at this since version 6, the report looks at current inventory and then reverses transactions back to in this case 12/31/14. The problem was if you did not have a current inventory balance for an item, it did not look for it's transactions to back out so it would not be included. In other words, a one to many query that filtered out all parts but those with current balances.

It seems we have an issue with the Stock Status As Of date not being applied. Running this report with a date of 12/31/14 we only see current stock quantities, not those that were effective on 12/31/14. Has anyone encountered this before, fixed it, found a work around?

Is this first time you ran this report? Stock status report works fine. Only reason I can think is that trandate in the parttran table has transaction dates on or before 12/31/2014. Stock status report looks at all transaction on or after 1/1/2015 and either adds or subtracts qty on hand at the time report is run.

New quantity on hand may also been placed in a nonstock bin. Nonstock bin does not increment/decrement quantities on hand in the partwhse table.
