Â
The "who has forgotten to clock out" report was already on my todo list
this week, so I did it for both of us. Here are the steps & details
that I did. I don't know a convenient way to summarize a BAQ in an
email and I don't believe file attachments are allowed, but I can export
the BAQ & email it to you off-list if you're on 9.05.
Created a new BAQ and in Phrase Build, added the LaborHed and EmpBasic
tables. The relation between them was added automatically.
In Display -> Column Select, choose a bunch of columns to display -
name, status, payroll from EmpBasic, and a bunch of dates and times from
the LaborHed table.
In Display -> Filter Results, entered these criteria, one row at a time:
LaborHed.ClockInDate <= BAQ special constant -> click on "special" and
choose "yesterday" for the special constant.
And LaborHed.ActualClockOutTime = specified constant -> 0
And LaborHed.ClockOutTime = specified constant -> 0
And EmpBasic.Payroll = specified constant -> true
And EmpBasic.EmpStatus = specified constant -> A
Save, then Analyze -> Test...
Brian.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage - BAQ to show who is clocked in / out
Hi All
Im trying to write a BAQ to display which shopfloor employees are
clocked in and
when they clocked in.
It's basically the information that Shop Tracker > Who Is Here
information that
I need.
I can get a BAQ using LaborHed to display all shopfloor employees but I
cant get
it to tell me who is actually clocked in now.
I am wanting the BAQ so I can see who is clocked in and then who has
forgotten
to clock out (i.e. the clock in date <> today's date).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
