Vantage timeout in 6.1?

I've done some research, but as a final confirmation before I go to
management, can anyone confirm that there is no timeout utility
besides the global Progess-based timer for Vantage 6.1?

We used to use the excellent Podlin timer when in Vantage 5.1 but I
understand that this is not available for 6.1. Is that correct?
