I checked the VantageBasic Programmer's Reference, and it looks like the
system time is not on the list of global variables.
Barring a better way to do it, I'd use a Progress Program to get the
values you need, build the string & put it back into the form. It's a
little more complicated, but Progress Programming has pretty much
everything and VB has just about nothing...
