Vendor Comments on PO

We use a single field odbc subreport to pull specific things for
different parts/vendors/revisions or what not. The only problem is that
you can't have too long of a text field or the odbc will puke. If its
something that can be done very briefly it works great.

Anyone know of a way to automatically get a standard comment added to every
PO issued to a given vendor? The vendor comment field does not seem to be a
field available to the Crystal form (in Vantage version 3.0 at least). Is
it available to Crystal in any later versions?

Is it the same comment that will print any time it is not suppressed, or can
you have comments individually by each vendor?

You can do whatever you want - you can have multiple sections, suppressed
for different vendors, or you can have a calculated field having different
comments for different vendors.
