Vendor Payments made online

We do it like Tim, except that our payment schedule for online payments is not fixed.

We run A/P on the 10th, 20th and last day of each month. We treat online
payments like we treat manual checks. That way these payments hit order
entry and job cost and provides an audit trail. We use a check number
sequence to ensure that all online payments are recorded and accounted for.

TGIF!

Wondering how you handle vendor payments that are actually made online?
We do create these invoices and obviously I do not want the system to
create a check. But I want to show the payment made.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
