Why are BPM screens modal!?

Can I just mention how much of a pain point this is!
This has got to be one of the most frustrating things about Epicor customization. Who thought that was a good idea? Does it not bother anyone else that BPM customization screens are modal?

(Modal means you can’t interact with any other part of the application while a modal window is open and the BPM designer is an example of a modal)

For BPMs forms, i think its critical. BPM is server side, you wouldnt want you BO logic hung up on some non visible form. Other forms throughout Epicor though, I feel your pain.

Yeah, they overuse modal dialogs way too much. Plus even though they are modal they are often hidden anyway

I normally launch another session if I have to copy things from one BPM to another.
