Two years ago, we really pivoted how we approached changes in Kinetic. We intentionally focused on feedback given through Epicor Ideas, User Forums, and EUG. As a result, our the product is clearly improving. We really do thank you for your feedback.
This Apple video of Steve Jobs really shows how this approach works well… but as he also says “we will make mistakes” with this approach sometimes, since you cannot please all the people all the time. This video was sent by our internal development team discussing how we are also taking this approach in developing Prism AI. We are approaching how you would want to use AI, and then working backwards to apply the technology to build the best solution.
