It looks like your “UX Platform Version” is still on an older version. Ours was upgraded to 13.0.70 and we are experiencing the same scrolling issues.
Pilot:
Definitely wonky, not working correctly. Scrolling and loading issues in grids.
Live, in the same browser window, different tab:
Works fine.
Our “UX Platform Version” was updated to 13.0.70 on Pilot and Third and we are seeing the scrolling issues on both the Browser and Smart Client.
Is it possible to request to be switched to version 13.0.50-hotfix.1 (or hotfix.2 - what we are currently on for Prod)?
Has anybody been successful in getting their system patched? We are supposed to get our users to start testing the new release today but support will not patch.
100% this is such an obvious issue that any human QC should of found it quickly as grids are in all workflows/personas. You can’t go quote-2-cash without hitting multiple grids.
We are on the same version in our Pilot too and scrolling sucks.
@timshuwy, are you aware of this issue?
I hope Epicor has a fix before this weekend or they delay the update.
I received PRB0301570 and am begging for a patch before this weekend’s update.
i am looking into it. This involves a different team than mine, but we work closely together.
There is obviously a patch since some people have it. I can’t understand the refusal to apply it for everyone.
We have not. I have an escalated ticket asking for a hotfix but no updates. I’m in the same boat on testing. I pushed our kickoff meeting until Monday.
I have escalated, called, called my cam, nothing but crickets.
After refreshing my PILOT browser this morning, I am now also experiencing the grid issue in the browser. The UX platform has changed to 13.0.70.
System Version
12.0.100.8
UX Platform Version
13.0.70
Kinetic Version
2025.1.8
This is what I have as a response on that PRB and it’s not very encouraging. No other updates or responses from escalation on it.
Would be nice if they’d reference the PRB where the supposed resolution is so you could look it up.
Would be nice if the dot releases were, you know, functional?
New development. Guess they looked at it closer but I do not like the fixed release being 2025.2. I bet a lot of folks that are going to be getting this over the upcoming weekend won’t either. Hopfully we can all push for a patch to see it sooner than later.
PRB0301389 has been updated to Accepted, not planned.
Received an update on PRB0301570 that development backported the fix from 2025.2 to 12.0.100.10 (2025.1.10)
Not much help if we’re going to be stuck with .8 with broken grids in Production next week. We can deal with broken grids in Pilot but not Production.
