Like I said, it’s a showstopper. At least, we can hold off the update because we are on-premise; but wow, if that goes live to production for you all in the cloud, the “switchboard is going to light up.” (That is how old I am!) 
They know about it, and it was early enough - I think they will intercept this in time. crossing fingers & prayers
I’m also crossing my fingers. We’re still mostly Classic UI so won’t be dead in the water but I’ve put our scheduled Kinetic UI testing in Pilot off for a week since we have a few people out for vacation. I’ll have to come up with another excuse if .8 isn’t hot-fixed.
Just pull the band-aid off this isn’t the first crappy thing to happen in kinetic and it sure as s*** won’t be the last.
Latest update is that development is coordinating with cloud in hopes of a hotfix for 2025.1.8.
We saw it earlier this week in testing in the Third environment. We were trying to search for a Package Code when shipping and could only see the first screen of data. I hope it’s fixed soon.
UPDATE: I just received word that the scheduled install for this weekend for the .8 release WILL include the hotfix for this issue. It went through QA today, then was being applied to the container which will be installed. The container is now going through a second round of QA to make sure that the hotfix was applied correctly.
What about the systems that are already on .8? When will they be patched?

There are still more details to come… Installations on various servers may have different schedules. Look in status.epicor.com for the latest announcements that will be published as schedules are set. good news is that we have had customer tests show that the problem is resolved moving forward.
The status page has never been used to communcate timing for bug fixes so i am not sure what i am supposed to look for there.
@aosemwengie1 you are correct that “bugs” are not normally posted there, but system upgrades are. The schedule of the upgrades are dependent on location, and that is the best place to answer when your system and environments will be updated with the latest version (including the new hotfix).
Can you screenshot the information that is available on status? I have looked through the whole site and don’t see anything about any hotfix or schedule for fixing this but maybe I am missing it.
it may not be published/republished yet. I also heard that there might be a direct communcation and/or an announcement on EpiCare. Please be patient as things changed rather rapidly yesterday.
@timshuwy, thanks so much for relaying the voice of the users to the team that is responsible for resolving this issue. It’s great to hear that there’s a hotfix coming.

Flex 1 customers, upgrade to 2025.1.8 in production July 18-20
Global update to pilot and additional environments on 2025.1.8 which includes Flex 2 customers, will have a hot-fix applied July 22
With the July 20 update of our LIVE cloud instance to 2025.1.8, it appears the grid scroll issue fix was indeed incorporated and seems to be resolved. The new version numbers are:
