We also set up the Actual customers as contacts for sales representatives's
customer record.

For orders that are ordered from by representatives, than shipped to
customers, We simply use the USERCHAR1 field the sales order module to type
the Actual customer's name. This works for our purposes, though only on a
couple of occasions do we actually end up incurring transactions with the
Actual Customer, in which case the customer is entered into the database,
separate jobs and orders are created.

Has anyone solved the problem of having your "Customer" be a contractor and
having your product installed at another location? Later the site becomes
your current and long-term customer. Do most people just use a VB form to
gather the info and then use Crystal to display? Any thoughts are
appreciated.
