Thank you all for the suggestions. Vantage tech support finally
called and suggested pretty much the same things. One thing that
somehow changed is that the client workstations may have been doing
antivirus scans on the network drives. Somehow it got enabled so I
turned that off. Vantage tech also recommended going to a workstation
and running the \mfgsys61\ocx\instocx.exe file to copy the ocx files
locally and register them locally. I'm going to try all of these
things over the week and memory install and tweak over the weekend and
will share my results next week.
