6.1 TS users kicked-out of Vantage when printing

Jim, I don't know if your issue is related, but I had a terminal server
user that kept getting locked up and/or kicked out of Vantage. The user
had Windows Firewall activated. I had him check Remote Desktop as an
exception. You might try that.

Hi guys.

I'm on version 6.1.
I have a group of terminal service users that are getting kicked out of
their Vantage sessions when printing job travelers.
It looks--in the event--log like it's happening when 2 people are
printing the job travelers at the same time.
The event log entry doesn't show any errors, but the times at which
they're printing occasionally are within a second of each other.

Has anyone had to deal with this issue before, and if so, what was the
fix?
