Terminal Server Vantage users getting kicked out daily?

We run 6.1 here and had a problem with idle users. Users would be idle
for over 30 minutes and get kicked off Vantage or the Terminal Server.
We first adjusted Vantage's idle timer up to 3 hrs. You can find the
registry key to modify on Epicor's website in the Answerbook I do
believe. We also changed the idle timer on the Terminal server. This can
be found under the RDP section of the Terminal Server Configuration.

Subject: [Vantage] Terminal Server Vantage users getting kicked out
daily?

My IT person asked me to post this. Apparently everyone that uses
the terminal server to log on to Vantage gets kicked out on a daily
basis. Has anyone else had this problem? This is what he writes:

"We use v5.0350 on a terminal server. Almost every day, all of the
users are logged off of Vantage. This is what it says in the Windows
2000 Event viewer on the vantage server. In promon, they may or may
not be listed. They can log off the terminal server and log back on
and then they can log into Vantage. On one occasion, a user was
listed as logged off in the Event Viewer. He then logged in and was
listed as in vantage two times. He started another terminal server
session, logged in again. In promon, his first logon's time in
changed to now, while his second login retained the earlier time.
When he logged out of vantage correctly, then the terminal server,
promon showed him in as one time only.

When they are logged off, all of their vantage dialog boxes have only
white space."

Any help in solving this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank
you in advance.
