Look in Promon for multiple connections for that user. Delete the one
with the earliest time stamp and she should be able to get back into the

My office manager was doing the cash receipts and her system went nuts
on her while she was in the middle of it and was not able to post her
group. When she restarted Vantage and attempted to bring back up her
open group, she was not allowed to get back into that working group, it
is inaccessible. When I attempted to start another group and tried to
enter in the cash receipts, it is saying that the invoice has already
been cleared, even though it has not been invoiced.
Has anyone seen this and how can I un-hang her original group for the
cash receipts?
