I inactives a cash account that links to a bank account.
Is there a reason why I’m not allowed to re-activate it again? How can I activate, if necessary?
I believe you are referring to the COA chart segment here, system allows you to re-activate it using segment value master screen.
I’m in Account Segment Values and this is the error occurs.
Just ensure there is no BPM on it, else, its linked GL Account might be restricting in its activation.
