Advanced Shipping Notice

Gary,

You could create a "report" in Report Builder with a VB button in your
Vantage program. Using a shareware product called Hot Send from e-fax your
ASN could be e-mailed to the customer. Or you can use e-fax for a fee
through your DSL connection and send the ASN to a fax phone number.

You might contact Calvin Dekker @ Misha1 (a consulting firm) he gave me the
Hot Send info. About a year ago and it's worked well for us. Calvin's phone
number is (630) 893-1305.

I'm looking for ideas on how to send ASNs (non-EDI) to customers. Are any
of you using some kind of solution where you can fax or email directly from
Vantage or at least from the user's PC?

The person who will be doing this is on a PC with DSL Internet access, and
no modem for dialup fax software. Any ideas?
