Any cloud users seeing print issues?

We started seeing print errors yesterday afternoon and they are continuing this morning. Seems like 1 out of 10 print job is erroring with (503) Server To Busy" errors on the SSRS server. Support has been less than helpful. They say that they are seeing issues with connectivity but their automated monitoring solution is correcting the problem within 10 minutes when it occurs. They don’t seem interested in looking into the root issue.

We missed one automated report Monday morning with that issue.

Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask when executing task 1380942 raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask:

Yup, that’s the one.

This has been acknowledged by tech support.

Same here. Sometimes a restart of Epicor will resolve printing, but I think just retrying it enough will push it through.

As of 9:45am CST the issue appears to be resolved.
Service was restarted.

Saw my last error @ 10:25am EST. Hopefully it’s resolved.
