Cannot print within Epicor 10 - "request failed with HTTP status 503"

We just had a password nightmare within our app server and Epicor admin console and when we got everything back up and running, the printing went down. I reset the ICE service, and it started working for a short amount of time but then users started recieveing the error,

“Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask: The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.”

I read on another post here to regen the data model, which is currently running, and then recycle the app pool.

Has anyone had an error like this and used a different method to resolve it?

Issue was the support member who helped us solve the initial issue turned off the SQL server reporting services on the SQL server. A second Epicor support member noticed that, started the service, and we could print again.
