Dear experts,
when trying to change AP PI status not able to select the actual status transaction date .After posting entry posted to GL account with current date which is wrong . In AR PI status change we can select transaction date .Please suggest how to resolve this.

The transaction date is the one when the PI was created and allocated, not for the status change so it cannot be changed, even if it was there’s server side logic to throw an error if the PI has been allocated.
Maybe this needs some kind of enhancement to support an “status change date”. For that please report it to Support.
As workaround you could try customizing the posting rule to use a different date. I think it is possible to use UD fields as well, unfortunately I haven’t tried it myself so I can’t provide better instructions.
