APM emails having text within body

Does anyone know if/how you can setup APM where I can add specific text within the body of an email that is being sent out via APM?  For instance, if you're sending invoices via the batch process, can I include any type of messages within the body of the email "attached is a copy of your invoice, if you have questions please contact so and so at"

I'll add to Jose's comments. Yes, and you can also add HTML formatted content to make it a little more professional looking.
