Trying to setup a test environment, and I’m running into an issue. Here is a screenshot of the error message:
I’ve given IIS_IUSRS the appropriate permissions. I can’t find much else about the error. Any ideas on this?

@kjconner What account is running the apppool? I use a domain service account.
I was using the wrong account for the app pool, duh me! Thank you for pointing that out.
