I have three different APR routing reports that send my customers automated emails for order acknowledgement, tracking and invoicing. For some reason, only the invoice one is getting blocked or marked as spam (to 3 of 3 different accounts I sent it to). Ran a test one to myself and our email firewall shows the following reason for blocking it “Message was quarantined due to DMARC (SPF:None(no-alignment) DKIM:no-domain(no-alignment) PCT(no-pct)).” Any idea how to resolve this? Odd that it’s only happening with one of the three outbound email accounts.
DMARC is something you set up to protect your company’s email reputation. If you don’t take the time to set it up, it’s easier for others to spam in your name. You may have DMARC setup but you have to tell other recipients which domains can send on your behalf, including your Kinetic server’s SMTP service.
