Hello,
I got a weird error for AR aging report
“Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask: Input string was not in a correct format.”

we run as Standard SSRS. there is no any customization.

any ideas how to do the troubleshooting.

@eqiu,

I’m afraid that segment of the error message doesn’t provide much insight.

Has this report run successfully in the past? When did it start failing, and what changes did you make, if any, just prior to the failure? Your statement that it’s a Standard SSRS with no customization rules out the error being on the report side. It’s getting bad data from somewhere, perhaps in the selection criteria?

Could be some bad data. Could you run it for a smaller range?

if I choose aged by invoice date, it worked. but if i choose aged by due date, i got the input string not in correct format.
