AR Write Off and Adjustments process very SLOW!

Sounds like a perfect project for a spreadsheet and Service Connect.

Subject: [Vantage] AR Write Off and Adjustments process very SLOW!

We have a company we are moving from Avante to Epicor 9 and the user are
finding the AR Write Off and Adjustment program very very slow compared
to the process of entering adjustments in Avante. Does anyone else have
this problem and or have any suggestions?

In Avante, the adjustments were entered in a grid style, all at once and
then the batch/group was posted.

In Epicor 9.05, the adjustments are entered one screen at a time, and
when you click save it brings up yet another screen to submit the
posting to the server. Very slow and not user friendly.

This company has a large volume of invoices and is in a business where
deductions on payment are very common, and they created debit notes
during payment entry and then deal with the debit notes at a later date,
quite often by writing them off.
