I noticed that there was a post in the archive about auto completing of project milestones. We were exhibiting the same behavior, and yes new milestones that had been added to projects without a criteria were updating.
My question lays around Change logs. When I was first informed of this the other day, I setup a change log and running the report today I see the milestone complete flag has been changed by a user who does not have access to project entry, they only have access to Case Management and Time sheet Entry. So I am trying to determine how the change log could show that user, when they should not have been able to update the record.
Can anyone explain how the milestone completion flag behaves when there is no criteria?
