Auto Print Data Directive Rec Labels

Hello,

I have a copy of the GenReceipt label RDD. I setup my data directive to auto print. However, in the system monitor I see it is saying no records selected as the error. Any ideas? I did not set up any “Report Parameters” and left the default. Do I have to do something with SysRowID somewhere? Coming from V8 and going to 10.1 and I have not setup one of these before in the 10.1 environment.

BTW, Epicor Support has a document named “Bartender Configuration E10” that goes through how to create the BPMs for the standard Bartender reports and how to create a transaction to trigger it. If you are working on other Bartender autoprint BPMs, I would recommend opening a support ticket to request that document.
