We are in the process of uplifting from Epicor 10.2.600 to Kinetic 2024.1.10. During this process we moved over our BAQs from 10 and have had some strange issues. My latest issue is that I cannot open an Updatable BAQ used in a dashboard. When I search for the BAQ, I get blank results; however, when I type in the BAQ name into the Query ID field, it recognizes that it is a BAQ. This is noted by the fact that it does not ask to “Add New?”
Additionally, I was able to re-Deploy the dashboard in Kinetic and can run the dashboard. I need to make an adjustment to the way the BAQ is working and cannot open it.
Thank you everyone for your help. I now see the error in my ways! I am able to see the BAQ if I open the Classic screen. Now, it is a waiting game until we can update to 2024.2.
