Good afternoon and thank you in advance! I am fairly new to Epicor and I have built a function that checks a partNum to see if it has a revision, if it does not, it will create one, set the revision and give it a description. Now, it will work if I feed the function a single partNum. But I built a B…

Add Service Ice->BO->DynamicQuery to references for your library. string baqName = "Woot"; string paramID = "Yo"; CallService<DynamicQuerySvcContract>(dq => { //if you need paramters //Ice.Tablesets.QueryExecutionTableset qets = dq.GetQueryExecutionParametersByID(baqName); // var qParam = …

Personally, I would turn to PowerShell, which is made to combine tools. The first would run that runs a BAQ into a Custom Object …

I am unsure how to use what is in my ds object. When I type ds"." and press ctrl plus space, i am not seeing what I had anticipated which was the fields in my baq.

ds will be your BAQ results as type System.Data.DataSet. You can loop through your BAQ rows with something like this: foreach ( DataRow row in ds.Tables[0].Rows ) { string partNum = (string)row["Part_PartNum"]; // Use the Field Identifier from the Display Columns in your BAQ designer }

Nice! That was what I thought, but I was unsure of the syntax… Thank you so much! I am not ashamed to admit that I am still learning and this experience is helping me tremendously!
