Best way to backup all custom SSRS rdl report files?

I use ReportSync and regularly make a “backup” by downloading the CustomReports “folder”

1. Enter path to SSRS
2. Enter credentials
3. Click “Load”. Open the Reports folder and check the CustomReports folder.
4. Choose a destination
5. Download

And all the “files” in the CustomReports and the sub “folders” are downloaded.
