Downloading batch of reports on SQL Report Server

I am having trouble getting the people who maintain our DB to get a copy of our /reports/CustomReports folder. They claim it is not backed up and that is our responsibility to have backups of our RDL files, which is fine. The problem is it takes forever through the web browser because they can only be downloaded one at a time, and I can kind of do batch downloads through Report Style - Actions - Download SSRS Report, but there has got to be a faster way to do this. Anyone done this before?

Best way to backup all custom SSRS rdl report files?

I use ReportSync and regularly make a “backup” by downloading the CustomReports “folder” [image] Enter path to SSRS Enter credentials Click “Load”. Open the Reports folder and check the CustomReports folder. Choose a destination Download And all the “files” in the CustomReports and the sub “folders” are downloaded. [image]

P.S. - That program “ReportSync” is free. And should be run from the SQL server. Aslo, I never use it for uploading, as it’s very tricky to do - at least to get the folders in the right spot so you don’t end up with
reports/CustomReports/reports/CustomReports/ARForm/ ...
when it should have been
reports/CustomReports/ARForm/ ...
