Blank Title 21854

Jasper,
As you may know, but just in case you don't.... You will need to upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0, then from 4.0 to 5.0, then from 5.0 to (I think) 5.2 (I think you can skip 5.1 if you want, but I'm not totally sure).
Thus, you will need to find the instructions for each of those steps. It seems to me that there was information on the CD for 4.0 to get the steps to get from 3.0 to 4.0. That will be your biggest step by far, and requires some extra checking with your GL codes, etc before moving to 4.0. The instructions for 5.0 and above are on the Epicor website - at the same locations as the patches.

Also, there are some documents on the Egroups website that show some steps that users have taken internally to move up from 3.0 and beyond. Located under the "Vantage Admin" folder, located here:

Hello,

We are currently running Version 3.0 and need to update to 5.2. Does
anybody know where I can find the Upgrade instructions for this. Any
white papers would help. I can't find anything on Epicor's web site.
Also, what are some common pitfalls I should look out for. Does anybody
have any tips?

Thanks,

Jasper Recto
