At random this message pops up while using the Kinetic Homepage. What is this? Can it be helped?

What version are you on?

I believe we are on version 10.2.600.5.

Check the Event Viewer logs, also enable Server Logging through AppServer.config.

Thank you for Replying John. I will send the note to IT. What would this do? Just for possibly finding the error i presume?

Yeah hopefully providing the full error stack to trace it. Although it seems weird enough to require a call to epicor support.

Is Event Viewer available in a SaaS environment?

No, event viewer is not available to SaaS users. It’s difficult to Monitor your work. Not impossible but there’s no built-in tooling.
