Hi Brian,
I have 8.03.407 and I haven’t had any problems. I downloaded the Logicity viewer a while back, but then I got busy and never got around to checking it out. Maybe someday I’ll get some free time to take a look.

I ran into problems with this approach. Specifically, the Crystal
Runtime that 8.03.405 had (and I'm fairly certain it hasn't changed
since) had problems with subreports at times.
I wound up calling an external program and using the Logicity CR
viewer to display my direct-to-database reports.

Hi John,
Add a new menu item. Select Custom Report Link for Program Type.

Is there a way to invoke the Crystal Runtime with a .RPT name as a
parameter from the Vantage 8 menu?
I want to run a simple ODBC-based Crystal Report without all of the BAQ
overhead.
Thanks in advance,
