Users are reporting that they are no longer able to delete a DMR acceptance record. When the quantity is over the acceptance quantity and they try to delete the acceptance for a do-over they are presented with this error:
and are unable to proceed. Is this new since we went from 10.1.400 to 10.2.300?
Is the only resolution to re-reject the excess pieces?
You can’t reverse a processed DMR but if the user hasn’t saved the record yet, you can use the Refresh button to remove the accepted quantity. Once the transaction is saved, you’ll have to process a new nonconformance to address.
