Can not open one of the dashbaord

I am unable to open the dashboard with following error. Could anybody advise it? THX!

Looks like you removed a field from the BAQ that the dashboard requires.

only one person can not open this dashboard. Others are able to open it.

Have the user close Epicor and delete the C:\ProgramData\Epicor*-808 folder(s)
