Can you attach drawings/ documents to a quote in the CRM APP utilizing DocStar ? Or view them if they were attached in Kinetic using DocStar?

Is there an option to attach drawings/ documents to an opportunity in the CRM App using DocStar? Or view these documents if they were attached in Kinetic using DocStar? Is there even an option to attach documents via the CRM APP?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated?

Welcome @JayR !!

Do you mean the Epicor Mobile CRM App? There are no Attachment options in the Mobile CRM that I know of. We do not use it anymore, and I don’t have the latest version, so I might be mistaken.

Yes the Epicor Mobile App. It is quite buggy just like Kinetic. I am hoping that they allow for attachments soon or there is an option that I do not know of!!!

We’re using the latest version Mobile CRM and attachments are not supported.
