Hi Mark, Epicor sent me a one-off fix to change the Track Dimension flag so I could turn on Track Serial…

Vantage users,

 

We have a part that was accidentally modified where the “Track Serial #’s” was turned off and “Track Dimensions” was turned on.  We cannot turn track dimensions back off now because the system says there is at least one part transaction that is referencing a dimension.  We REALLY need to reverse this so we can turn Track Serial #’s back on.  Has ANYONE ever ran into this situation and ,if so, what can be done to get rid of the bad transaction(s) that occurred since the track dimension was accidentally turned on…
