Change COO when PartType is Set to Manufactured

Oooo… looks like I’m missing this on my Country set-up…

Country of Origin

I am trying to add Country of Origin to the Part Maint, but even though there are preloaded countries in the Country Maint, it will not populate the drop down menu at all. Ideas?
