You have to unrelease/unengineer the jobs and reschedule them individually.
However, these changes should generate a manufacturing suggestion, and
selecting one of the suggestions will put you in the "links" screen. From
here you can (fairly)quickly update and reschedule all 5 jobs.

scheduled. The customer now has changed the shipping date on the
sales order, so I updated the new shipping date and need date on the
sales order. However, this did not change the shipping date on the 5
