Classic BAQ Report From Kinetic Browser - No Records?!

I just updated Edge Agent so I could run my BAQ Report. I run it, and use print preview. I wait longer than normal and finally the little bell lights up to show my report is ready. Great! I click on it, nothing happens. Click a few more times because working in a browser sucks. Nothing happens. I find the System monitor and it shows no records:


I give up on Kinetic (once again), and open the classic smart client. Instantly my report pops up without requesting it. All the data is there. Is this a bug?

Kinetic Web browser Print Preview - Kinetic ERP - Epicor User Help Forum This thread from 3 years ago went on for 80+ posts. I didn’t read it all, but I am hoping someone has the solution from it by now.
