Progress has a timeout utility -- you can contact Tech Support on how to set
it up -- just a registry setting.
We set that at 90 minutes for our Direct Vantage users, and use a 15 minute
timeout on Terminal Server. In preparation for Sonoma, we're converting most
of our direct users to Terminal Server Client, much easier to maintain since
Epicor doesn't have good uninstall utilities. The only ones Direct will be
users who are in all day long.
