We have similar problems when we try to print to a network printer, all our
Vantage sessions are Terminal Server. The work around is to print a progress
report e.g. Production Detail Report when you first log into Vantage and
after that Crystal works fine.

Subject: [Vantage] Compiled Crystal Report in aTerminal Session
Hi All,
I am trying to run a compiled crystal report in a terminal session.
The terminal session has the same setup as a normal client where the report
runs OK.
The crystal dialog box opens, but when I click on the print button nothing
happens, no error, nothing?
Vantage support is baffled, and their only answer is, "it is not a support
function".
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Robert MacDonald
