Conversion Error while Upgrading E10.2.300

Hi All,

We have upgraded our version Epicor Version from E10 to E10.2.300.13. Few user conversions are pending. Its seems its pending from E9.
The pending conversions were listed below:

If someone face the same error earlier, Please suggest the solutions.

We had some conversions fail for E9 to E10 and after calling support we were given this script to update the database.(Disclaimer :I would suggest contacting support before running any update on the database)
○ update ice.cnvprogsset progstatus = COMPLETE with ERRORS progresspercent = 100 where runsequence = 1320
