CRM System Configuration record is missing

Working with our system a little, just getting familiar with some things in Pilot. Created a test customer, but get this error. For the first few weeks Epicor did not have the CRM module unlocked on our license… Does this error look like there might be something that still needs set up? I haven’t had training yet, so good chance it’s me. Thanks.
