I still have not resolved this problem. I already tried playing around with the "Keep Together" box, haven't had any success. I'll keep playing around and let you know.

I would like to modify the crystal traveler so that each operation
information + operation comments + operation text prints on one page. For
example if there is not enough space left on page 2 for all the information,
comments & text for an operation, then it would go to next page (page 3) to
print. Currently it prints to the bottom of the page and continues over to
the next page. I would like to keep the information together. I can't seem
to get crystal to do this. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? We are on
Vantage 5.20.317 and Crystal 8.5

I can't remember exactly where I saw it --- but I think it has to do with
grouping options. Under the grouping options you can tell it to"keep
together" then it will not go to the next page.

I really don't know much about Crystal, but another user helped me with a
similar issue. There is a place in the group formatting to check "keep
together", and I had that marked, but my data still seemed to be getting
separated. I think you also have to look at the format of some of your
fields and check the box for "keep together" there, too.
