James,
You do it on the crystal report, not as an appended file, but as text on the actual report (.rpt).
On the PO form .rpt file, add a new Report Footer, set a check in "New Page Before" and "Keep Together".
In that Report Footer B - add your text object, make sure it is set to "Can Grow" and enter your text there.
If you already have multiple Report Footers, just make sure the one you are using for the T&C is the highest lettered Report Footer.
Let me know if you need more help.

Not sure if this applies, but if you are ever intending to send the PO out using Epicor Advanced Print Management (aka Doc-link) then there is the opportunity to attach the PDF as a "supplemental document" to the outbound PO email.

See other posts on APM on this forum.

Sorry just re-read your original email properly this time. You say you are saving and emailing your PO's. In this situation you definitely want to be considering APM. Especially if you ever intend to email remittance advice documents and AR invoices the same way. Some of our customers do batch PO print from the Purchase Suggestions screen, and in this case they send dozens at a time. APM fully automates this and can accommodate where suppliers demand to have the PO by fax or hardcopy.

added a new report footer(c) and copied in the text and checked the new page, keep together and can grow boxes. Now it prints the po on page 1 of 1 and then prints 2 pages with the header data and 1/2 of the T&C on each of those 2 pagers then sends out a blank with just header data.... I have a pdf printout of it, the original was just 1 of 1..

OK, I went back to my notes from when I set this up (2 years ago) try this as well:
(When adding to group footer)

un-check "reset page number after" for group footer# 1b, and check "reset page number after" for the footer section with the terms.

I hope this helps.

Tried adding the Group footer and now I get the report header on every page with the T&C split across 2 pages, I did get rid of the blank page. Just need to get the header info off of the T&C pages.

I have one more note I forgot to mention, we unchecked "reset page number after" on group footer "B"
see if that helps solve your issue. What sections are printing on the terms page?
I have it set up so that our terms section prints on the last page for each PO.

setting reset page number didn't help.
What prints out is the complete po on page 1.
On page 2 is the page header b,c,d,e,f,g then the first half of the T&C text.
On page 3 is the page header b,c,d then the seond half of the T&C text.
If you want to look at what prints out or the crystal rpt file I can send them to you if I have your email..

Ok,
go to the section header, click on page header ( top level) then add a formula of pagenmber > 1
that should will suppress all page headers on all pages except page 1.
if I recall it took a while to figure it out.

however, if you have many lines & you actual po is more than one page, (without the T&C) then it will not print any header info on page 2 etc.
