Crystal Report will not print

Terry,

Did you ever find a workable solution to this issue.  I am experiencing the same thing with one of my custom crystal reports.

Hi,
I have a Crystal Report that will print preview ok in Epicor but when it is sent to a physical printer it displays as a print preview and when closed it displays this error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Other reports print fine. Any ideas?
Thanks

Does the Crystal Report have any of its own parameters that it prompts you
for? When you Preview it, do you enter any parameters within the Crystal

Anything else unique about it? Is it a BAQ report? ODBC? Does this happen
on all PCs? All users?

If it's unique to a specific PC, you can try changing the
AlternateCacheFolder value to something like c:\epiccache and then re-open
Vantage/Epicor.

<AlternateCacheFolder value="" />

This setting is in your client folder in the default.mfgsys file.

Just curious - is this a custom report?
And if so, what version/SP of Crystal Developer was used?

I haven't had your specific issue.
But I thought I'd mention this just in case.
Even though it might be a wild goose chase for you.

I had multiple issues when I started using Crystal 2008.
It wasn't until I installed SP4 (12.4.966) that they finally cleared up for the most part.

I used download link below:

https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/bobj_download/main_public.htm

I believe I had to set up an account at SAP first.
