Crystal Reports and Epicor 9

The Part table is under Linked Tables for the ShipDtl table.

Under Report Tables> Linked tables > Description fields - from the dropdown
pick the Part table and the ECCN is listed.

I will checked linked tables anytime info is needed from another table. It
seems when you started adding tables it makes the Crystal report slow.

You probably don't need to do a table link. The part table fields are
probably available on the Linked Tables Tab in RDD, from there you can add
the fields from the part table.

If that is not available how did you link the part table (what fields form
the link) in the RDD?

I have an issue with Crystal Reports that I am hoping someone knows the
answer to.

I have modified the Packing Slip Report to include the Part Table with the
ECCN and HTS field. I need these to print on the packing slip. I have the
Part table linked to the ShipDtl table. It is an inner join.

Everything works fine except when I have a packing slip which has multiple
releases of the same part number. For example, if I had 3 packing slip
lines all for the same PN, it triples the information for the ECCN
information. So instead of having 3 line items, I have a total of 9. Line 1
shows 3 times, Line 2 shows 3 times, and Line 3 shows 3 times.

I currently have this information in the detail section.

If I move it to the Group Header section then it only shows once but the
shipped quantity is 3x the actual shipped qty.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Check your database links. This happens to me when I have added a table
but not defined the links correctly in Database -> Database Expert -> Links.
