(using Vantage 8.03.305 and Crytsla Reports XI)

I need to create a report in Crystal, using ODBC, that lists all orders
for the current month or year. So far so good but how do I calculate or
obtain the financial figures for each order ?.

The tables 'orderhed' and 'orderdtl' contain nothing at all that
relates to the financial figures.

On the order entry screen you can see the totals via the field
orderhed/ordertotal but I presume that this is calculated by Vantage
itself and is a temmporary field as this is not a field in the actual
table.

Do not forget to divide the value by the 'Price Per' in case someone
uses it.



If OrderDtl.PricePerCode = 'E' then 1 else

If OrderDtl.PricePerCode = 'C' then 100 else

If OrderDtl.PricePerCode = 'M' then 1000 else 1

Then create a running total that only adds up the Misc Charge if Sales
Analysis = True in the Misc Charge Table.
